Non-Refundable Subscription Periods:
-Once a billing cycle has begun, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Exceptions:
-Refunds will be issued only in cases of accidental charges, technical errors, or service-related issues.

Subscriptions
Your subscription does not automatically renew. You will be notified before your next payment is due
and must authorize that payment for your subscription to continue.

Termination by Ancient Hearth

-In the event of termination due to a policy violation, no refunds will be issued.

neutral party acceptable to you and Ancient Hearth. The unsuccessful party will pay the costs of any mediation or arbitration.

that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for
injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
